Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the cloud platform for Webflow's product and engineering teams.
- Design and maintain the infrastructure-as-code foundation.
- Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of the networking layer.
- Improve observability data and enhance dashboards, alerts, and SLOs.
- Build and maintain AI-powered automation for cloud infrastructure.
- Help define the culture of the growing team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS and strong opinions on cloud operations.
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters at scale.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
- Experience navigating multi-region or multi-cloud environments.
- A proactive approach to embracing AI and emerging technologies.
