Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of custom ServiceNow applications, including intake, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, design, development, testing, and release.
- Ensure ServiceNow platform architecture, data separation, security, integration patterns, and adherence to best practices.
- Design and implement workflows, notifications, and flow automation to reduce repetitive manual work.
- Develop integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support deployment through source control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Assist with ServiceNow platform lifecycle management, upgrades, and maintenance.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- At least 2 years of experience with Creator Workflow.
- Experience developing scoped applications and integrating new functionality in ServiceNow.
- Experience with ServiceNow global scope, platform lifecycle management, and upgrade processes.
- Knowledge of IntegrationHub and integration protocols including REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs.
- Ability to work independently on complex work and communicate technical concepts as business value.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- CV must be submitted in English.
