Responsibilities
- Build a foundational platform to reconcile transactions across systems, partners, and cash movements.
- Build and integrate data pipelines from multiple products and systems.
- Develop user experiences that streamline business workflows.
- Design, build, launch, and maintain products at scale.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, analytics partners, and business stakeholders on system design and trade-offs.
- Break larger projects into tasks, deliver work in phases, and support timely execution.
- Improve designs, code quality, testing, and code review practices.
- Create and monitor metrics, escalate issues, and support on-call and ongoing operational efforts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Fluency in full-stack web development, backend development, event processing, or batch processing.
- Experience designing, building, launching, and maintaining products at scale.
- Ability to design solutions spanning multiple software components and write clear, well-tested, extensible code.
- Comfort navigating large codebases, debugging code, and providing code review feedback.
- Proficiency with agentic coding.
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript/React, Airflow, Spark, Horizon Portal, and SQL is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, organization, curiosity, and self-direction.
