Responsibilities
- Finalize detailed software designs for highly resilient and scalable applications with other technical personnel.
- Mentor software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniques.
- Lead large multifunctional development activities and provide input to management.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external technology resources and the go-to expert for coding and technical issues.
- Occasionally participate in technical workshops or brainstorming sessions with customers.
- Partner with internal and external technology resources to solve complex business needs.
- Lead teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating resources to troubleshoot and diagnose complex project issues.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define technical solutions and contribute to estimation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and Angular.
- Deep knowledge of architectural principles and frontend-backend integration.
- Experience with data storage systems including Oracle, SQL Server, cloud data lakes, Big Data, or Lakehouse environments.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and services in Azure, AWS, or another cloud provider.
- Experience leading teams and driving technical excellence.
- Proven track record designing and delivering full-stack applications.
- Experience solving complex technical and project issues through team leadership and resource coordination.
- AI technology experience is a strong plus.
