Responsibilities
- Design enhancements for CUDA libraries and system drivers.
- Contribute to open-source frameworks and engage with their communities and users.
- Build complex multithreaded, modular low-level components that interact with the operating system and one another in distributed environments.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code for Linux-powered systems.
- Develop solutions that run on bare-metal, on-premises, and cloud environments, including Docker containers and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with global software, hardware, and architecture teams.
- Execute robust technical solutions end to end, from design through production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing or maintaining user-space libraries and frameworks, especially for Linux.
- Proven programming skills in C, C++, or Rust.
- Knowledge of operating-system concepts and primitives.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills for global collaboration.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies, kernel and driver development, accelerated computing, CUDA development, HPC, and deep learning or machine-learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
- Collaborative communication skills and experience delivering robust technical solutions from design to production are preferred.
