Base Salary
$300k - $425k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with customer teams and ship production delivery work in their environments.
- Take ideas from concept to deployable prototypes and make the case for their value, users, and commercial relevance.
- Generalize and harden prototypes into products adopted across multiple customer accounts.
- Own product roadmaps, rollout plans, adoption, and outcomes.
- Build maintainable software with clear ownership, usable interfaces, and readable code.
- Contribute reusable capabilities to Mosaic to accelerate future deployments.
- Remain engaged with customers after launch to support adoption and measure product success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production software, ideally including taking a product from zero to one.
- Fluency in Python and TypeScript.
- Ability to create useful abstractions, maintain long-term usability, and operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Strong product instincts, including the ability to explain a product’s users, value, timing, and commercial positioning.
- Strong communication skills and comfort convincing customers and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to work periodically in front of customers and ship into external environments.
