Base Salary
$275k - $375k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and deploy distributed services in production.
- Serve as the primary individual contributor on several medium to large projects.
- Solve systems challenges involving race conditions among agents, realtime transmission of agent outputs, write throughput, and in-memory footprint.
- Help peers debug issues and answer technical questions.
- Convey complex concepts clearly and facilitate difficult conversations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- A consistent record as the primary individual contributor on several medium to large projects.
- Experience managing, designing, and deploying distributed services in a production environment.
- A reputation as a resource for peers who can help debug and answer questions.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Prior experience with Go, Redis, PubSub, RPC, Postgres, S3, or Temporal is preferred.
