Base Salary
$150k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own a product surface end to end, from initial concept through production use.
- Work directly with attorneys, firm leadership, and billing teams to understand workflows, constraints, and technical environments.
- Build new AI products and workflows for legal professionals.
- Clarify undefined problems, align cross-functional colleagues on plans, and ship working solutions.
- Mentor future hires and contribute through pairing and code reviews.
Requirements
- Demonstrated technical strength and ability to write production code.
- Ability to build AI products and turn loosely defined processes into working systems.
- Ability to collaborate directly with attorneys, law-firm partners, and billing teams.
- Ability to take ownership of outcomes and work across engineering, product, and customer contexts.
