Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack software solutions for customer and product problems across Prolific’s domains.
- Translate business concepts into software models and make technical decisions with high ownership.
- Collaborate directly with customers, account managers, and customer success specialists to understand problem spaces.
- Ideate and deliver software across shared codebases while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Support production systems and respond to incidents when required.
- Balance rapid startup execution with scalable and reliable engineering.
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience in a product engineering role.
- Experience working with both monoliths and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of modern web applications and architecture design patterns.
- Experience supporting applications in production environments.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt across domains, and respond urgently to customer queries.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for direct customer interaction.
- Experience with some of the listed programming languages, frameworks, databases, cloud platforms, deployment tools, and monitoring technologies.
