Base Salary
$225k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer-facing products and features end to end across the interface, APIs, and data layer.
- Partner with product to shape the roadmap and balance customer value, technical complexity, timelines, cost, and reliability.
- Build polished customer experiences in TypeScript and React.
- Define success metrics, instrument products, and use adoption data and customer feedback to guide improvements.
- Ship in short iteration cycles, surface blockers, and advance work through dependencies.
- Take responsibility for testing, debugging, and the reliability of shipped work.
- At Staff level, set direction across product areas and raise the effectiveness of the broader engineering team while remaining hands-on.
Requirements
- Substantial experience building products for external customers and explaining product decisions, user learning, and outcomes.
- Fluency in TypeScript and React, with the ability to work across the stack and learn unfamiliar systems.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to make decisions under ambiguity.
- Good user-experience instincts and the ability to collaborate with product and design.
- Experience using instrumentation, adoption metrics, or experimentation to measure post-launch impact.
- Independence, initiative, and clear communication.
- Interest in early-stage startups, broad responsibility, and rapid iteration.
- Nice to have: startup product-building experience, Python or PostgreSQL experience, and experience shipping AI-powered products or production agents.
