Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow, and custom logic.
- Build and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, OAuth authentication flows, SSO integrations, and third-party AppExchange integrations.
- Optimize CPQ and Order Management workflows to reduce transaction cycle times and remove operational bottlenecks.
- Drive release engineering with Git and GitHub while maintaining test coverage, peer reviews, and deployment governance.
- Monitor production performance, troubleshoot complex defects, and participate in on-call rotations.
- Partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and engineering peers to translate go-to-market requirements into scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in programmatic Salesforce development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative Flow automation.
- Deep hands-on experience designing secure REST and SOAP web services, SSO, and integrations with enterprise applications.
- Experience connecting third-party applications to Sales Cloud and Communities platforms.
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows and end-to-end CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex data structures, diagnose enterprise system bottlenecks, and communicate technical solutions to cross-functional partners.
- Modern AI-assisted development tooling experience is expected.
