Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and complex flows.
- Architect REST/SOAP API integrations, OAuth implementations, AppExchange connections, and Single Sign-On integrations with third-party systems.
- Optimize Quote-to-Cash and CPQ workflows while maintaining data integrity, system stability, and platform performance.
- Resolve complex technical bottlenecks and manage high-severity production support.
- Drive GitHub-based CI/CD release management and modern deployment workflows.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and partner with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and external technical networks.
- Mentor team members on Salesforce platform practices, coding standards, and governance.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and flows.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party software through REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Single Sign-On, and CPQ platforms.
- Proficiency with GitHub, modern deployment workflows, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience managing high-severity production support and solving complex technical problems.
- Ability to independently establish execution methods, evaluate complex factors, and guide business decisions through cross-functional collaboration.
