Responsibilities
- Review and validate client-facing reports for accuracy, usability, visual consistency, business logic, and production readiness.
- Make or guide frontend improvements to report layout, behavior, responsiveness, and consistency using HTML and JavaScript.
- Validate report outputs against business rules, JSON datasets, data expectations, and client requirements.
- Define quality rules, review standards, and reusable templates for reporting deliverables.
- Review junior developers’ work and provide actionable feedback when reports require rework.
- Investigate frontend, data, and basic backend issues, including Java services and data/API-related checks.
- Perform release-readiness, regression, and report-rendering performance checks without making automated test pipeline work the central focus.
- Approve validated reports for client delivery and remain accountable for report quality.
Requirements
- Experience testing or validating client-facing reports, dashboards, or data-heavy outputs.
- Comfort reviewing, debugging, and adjusting frontend outputs built with HTML and JavaScript.
- Ability to validate business logic and confirm that reports meet expected client-facing results.
- Basic backend understanding, ideally involving Java, for supporting investigations.
- Ability to combine quality assurance, frontend review, and business validation.
- Ability to support junior developers, communicate clearly, and provide practical feedback.
