Responsibilities
- Execute functional, performance, stability, and compatibility testing for core server-side modules.
- Lead API regression, data-consistency checks, service-degradation drills, and regression-matrix maintenance during architecture upgrades.
- Own evaluation strategies and quality gates for recommendation, search, retrieval, memory, and embedding systems.
- Drive capacity assessment, chaos testing, and automated quality gates for Context OS and AI model releases.
- Create automated evaluations for AI agents covering multi-turn dialogue, tool calling, and error recovery.
- Develop custom automated testing tools and performance scripts based on business needs.
- Integrate agent-testing pipelines into CI/CD using existing automation frameworks.
Requirements
- Experience testing large server-side architecture refactors, microservices, and message queues.
- Experience testing LLM, embedding, RAG, and agent products.
- Familiarity with vector-retrieval systems such as Elasticsearch, Faiss, and Milvus.
- Familiarity with inference frameworks such as vLLM and Triton.
- Familiarity with Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Established methodology for AI product quality assurance.
