Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Triage production issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop prevention strategies.
- Coordinate with product, QA, and operations teams on release readiness and sign-offs.
- Mentor engineers on code quality, performance testing, and secure coding practices.
- Improve system reliability, drive automation across the delivery lifecycle, and contribute to design for testability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Proficiency in modern test design techniques and code review standards for tests.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of reducing defects and improving stability.
- Bachelor's degree is desirable.
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate certification is desirable.
