Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle for Java/Rust-based margin trading and risk systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and operations teams on system design, testing strategies, and implementation.
- Set up and manage testing environments and create detailed test plans and test cases for trading workflows, margin calculations, liquidation processes, and high-concurrency systems.
- Perform black-box, white-box, security, automation, and performance testing across web, mobile, backend, and distributed systems.
- Develop and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and continuously improve testing efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in QA automation or software testing, preferably in technology, fintech, or trading platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Java or Rust and familiarity with automated testing methodologies, distributed systems, and high-concurrency architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for debugging performance and system issues.
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language models is preferred.
