Base Salary
$230k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship high-craft, intuitive AI features for Gamma's presentation product.
- Own AI systems end-to-end, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Design and implement sophisticated AI workflows integrating LLMs and image models.
- Elevate engineering quality through code reviews, mentorship, and best practices.
- Influence Gamma's technical future in AI and product through architecture decisions.
- Build systems balancing security, usability, and performance at scale.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year in AI-powered products.
- Deep expertise in building complex, collaborative, real-time web applications with TypeScript and React.
- Experience with CRDTs/YJS, LLMs, image models, WebSockets, and streaming technologies.
- Ability to design systems balancing security, usability, and performance at scale.
- Strong communication skills and experience influencing technical strategy across teams.
- Track record of shipping high-quality, user-facing features in production environments.
