Responsibilities
- Develop automation and support tools for large-scale infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose systemic, infrastructure, and production software issues.
- Develop monitoring solutions and implement fixes for internally developed code.
- Perform software maintenance, configuration, SQL queries, and technical issue tracking.
- Work with development teams on Amazon corporate and divisional software projects.
- Enhance existing software, automate support processes, and document systems.
Requirements
- Experience automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
- Programming experience in at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
- Experience with Linux/Unix.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline build processes.
- Preferred: experience with distributed systems at scale.
- Preferred: experience designing or architecting reliable and scalable new or existing systems.
