Responsibilities
- Extend the LLM critic and performance-feedback loop to include images, video, and copy.
- Build a rapid video production pipeline from topic briefs to platform-ready ads.
- Implement a generative model router to select the appropriate model for each brief.
- Create a policy pre-flight checker to vet creatives against ad platform policies.
- Train and deploy brand-style models based on past successful ads.
- Develop an event-triggered ad pipeline for timely ad generation.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of diffusion and video models.
- Ability to articulate a daily model stack and its applications.
- Demonstrated public artifacts showcasing your work in generative models.
- Instinct for creating engaging ad content that captures attention quickly.
- Experience in cost management as a design constraint in creative processes.
- Familiarity with advertising standards and policies of major platforms.
- Proven track record of building and shipping creative solutions.
