Responsibilities
- Design, configure, maintain, and support case management systems using OnBase WorkView and Workflow.
- Develop custom integrations and automation using C#, Java, Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
- Configure OnBase document types, keywords, queries, reports, forms, and import processes.
- Write and optimize SQL Server queries for reporting and integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform OnBase upgrades and maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients in an Agile environment to refine requirements and solutions.
- Create documentation and provide user training, technical support, and cross-time-zone collaboration.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience developing OnBase solutions, particularly WorkView and Workflow.
- Experience in a senior development or lead role with ownership of solution design.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in technology, project management, accounting, or business is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in OnBase WorkView and Workflow and proficiency in C#, Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and adaptability skills.
- Experience with enterprise case management solutions, RESTful APIs, production OnBase upgrades, Agile development teams, and client engagement is preferred.
- OnBase Certified System Administrator, Installer, Workflow Administrator, Workflow Engineer, WorkView, or API certifications are preferred.
