Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered features such as LLM workflows and agent-based systems.
- Own the full lifecycle of AI systems from prototyping to production deployment.
- Build and optimize prompt pipelines and retrieval systems.
- Run structured experiments to compare AI approaches and track performance metrics.
- Drive technical direction and influence AI adoption across teams.
- Design guardrails to ensure safe and reliable AI behavior.
Requirements
- 4+ years of related work experience in AI engineering.
- Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
- Experience with prompt engineering and structured output design.
- Hands-on experience with embeddings and vector search.
- Ability to translate user needs into effective AI solutions.
- Solid backend/system design fundamentals.
