Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and optimize software modules and applications.
- Create and execute test cases and automate software validation processes.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and improve system performance and availability.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineering staff, functional teams, and clients to support delivery.
- Track customer feedback, respond to requests, and support quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain continuous learning through training, certifications, and new programming languages.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory AI/ML (RPA) skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, write code, test software, and resolve defects.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, engineers, and functional teams.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, reports, and status updates.
