Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy new Python features for the core AI product.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and MLOps infrastructure, including automated model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop and improve an internal evaluation system for model performance, metrics tracking, and data integrity.
- Integrate and deploy the AI solution into client environments.
- Fine-tune large language models and apply prompt engineering techniques.
- Participate in short-term research and development projects.
- Improve product reliability, performance, error handling, monitoring, and overall production readiness.
Requirements
- Experience building and improving software features with Python.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and automating model deployment.
- Experience with client-side integration.
- Experience developing systems that monitor and measure model performance.
- Experience applying AI/ML techniques including model fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Experience improving product resilience, performance, error handling, and production readiness.
