Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI applications and services running on Microsoft Azure.
- Build Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions, enterprise search capabilities, and intelligent knowledge discovery platforms.
- Develop APIs and integrations connecting AI solutions with SharePoint, ServiceNow, HR systems, and internal data services.
- Evaluate, connect, and onboard enterprise data sources for AI consumption.
- Develop AI agents and automation capabilities that improve employee experiences.
- Contribute to AI architecture, governance, platform enablement, and engineering best practices.
- Conduct proofs of concept and assess emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and engineering approaches.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- Influence platform choices and strategic decisions regarding enterprise AI adoption.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
- Solid software engineering experience, preferably using Python.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications and services.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and modern AI technologies.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Strong communication, structured problem-solving, collaboration, curiosity, and learning agility.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure AI services, LLMs, Generative AI, RAG architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, Databricks, enterprise search, knowledge management, or information governance is advantageous.
