Base Salary
$186k - $266k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the UI/UX across 19 different platforms for a seamless user experience.
- Lead innovation in building experiment-driven features for streaming.
- Ship features and improvements with minimal guidance, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Optimize performance and reliability of OTT applications on low-end platforms.
- Improve and maintain the CI/CD pipeline for high-quality releases.
- Identify and implement improvements in shared UI components and front-end infrastructure.
- Mentor and collaborate with fellow engineers to foster continuous learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in developing high-performing web applications using React JS, Redux, JavaScript, Web APIs, HTML5/CSS, and Typescript.
- Experience leading engineering initiatives and communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.
