Base Salary
$186k - $266k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own UI/UX development across 19 Web and OTT platforms.
- Lead experiment-driven features and ship improvements with minimal guidance.
- Optimize OTT application performance and reliability across low-end platforms, devices, and network conditions.
- Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment quality across platforms.
- Enhance shared UI components, platform-specific optimizations, and front-end infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor engineers and share technical expertise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing high-performing and scalable web applications.
- Experience with React, Redux, JavaScript, Web APIs, HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Experience leading engineering initiatives and communicating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.
