Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable applications and customer projects.
- Collaborate with Product Management and UX/UI colleagues across Switzerland and Portugal to deliver new features.
- Improve application reliability through code reviews, optimization, and thorough testing.
- Refine engineering processes, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers through guidance and constructive feedback.
Requirements
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack web developer, including meaningful contributions to a complex, long-term project.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or another typed language, with hands-on experience in React, Node.js, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and maintainable development practices.
- Collaborative, self-organized approach and strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
