Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable software solutions.
- Design and implement backend services, APIs, and integrations using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build maintainable frontend applications with Angular and TypeScript.
- Develop PostgreSQL-based data solutions and contribute to scalable technical architecture.
- Own features throughout their lifecycle, including refinement, implementation, code review, delivery, and production support.
- Collaborate with business partners and colleagues while guiding peers with full-stack expertise.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, design systems or component libraries, and collaboration with UX/UI designers.
Requirements
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years on a complex, long-term project.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience building frontend applications with Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and hands-on PostgreSQL experience.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs, integrations, and distributed or service-oriented applications.
- Understanding of development lifecycle management with Git and Bitbucket, including Pull Requests.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Collaborative approach, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in written and spoken English.
- Additional experience with AI-assisted development tools, generative AI, AI product capabilities, design systems, component libraries, or UX/UI collaboration is valued.
