Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, maintain, and support Nokia FlowOne telecom fulfilment and service orchestration solutions.
- Develop catalogue-driven provisioning workflows, reusable software components, integrations, and automation capabilities.
- Build integrations with OSS/BSS platforms, network systems, and external applications through REST APIs and web services.
- Develop primarily in Java and create automation scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical designs, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, testing, validation, defect resolution, UAT, migration, and Go-Live activities.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and support telecom service activation processes.
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and implementation designs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, produce technical documentation, share knowledge, and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- Proven software development experience in telecommunications environments.
- Hands-on experience with Nokia FlowOne and telecom fulfilment platforms.
- Experience delivering customer-facing telecom transformation and service orchestration projects.
- Strong Java, object-oriented programming, software design, REST API, web-service, service provisioning, and enterprise integration experience.
- Knowledge of telecom service fulfilment, orchestration, catalogue-driven provisioning, and workflow-based platforms.
- Experience with SQL, Oracle Database, MariaDB, Python, Bash, PowerShell, and Linux.
- Knowledge of IP/MPLS networks, optical transport networks, IMS, VoLTE, NFV, SDN, mobile service provisioning, or OSS/BSS ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Syslog, SNMP, TCP/IP, and DNS, plus experience with 4G and 5G network environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automation, Agile software development, and telecom operational processes.
