Responsibilities
- Develop and improve frontend functionality using React and backend capabilities using Python.
- Build data pipelines and prepare data, including orchestration with Airflow.
- Manage API integrations and support onboarding of new use cases, countries, environments, and deployments.
- Create playbooks and help scale and accelerate onboarding of new use cases.
- Monitor existing bots and applications, follow up on incidents, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and support application stability and performance.
- Collaborate with technical leads, product owners, business analysts, and DevOps, MLOps, data, and security teams.
- Support integration of new AI tools and technologies and use feedback for continuous improvement.
- Identify technical debt and address application, dependency, and security vulnerabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Strong Python programming skills and frontend development experience with React.
- Experience with API management and data pipeline development, including Airflow process orchestration.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Argo CD.
- Experience with AI pipelines, including document ingestion for RAG and AI model orchestration, or related AIOps experience.
- Knowledge of security best practices and application monitoring.
- Professional English and French communication skills.
- Strong collaboration, communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and rigor.
