Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Monitor systems, respond to incidents, tune performance, and implement solutions that improve reliability.
- Use automation tools and scripting to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
- Analyze complex system behaviors and implement robust solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve software issues promptly.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Document software design and development processes for knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members through guidance and best-practice sharing.
- Work independently and develop subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering and Generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting.
- Ability to analyze complex system behaviors and implement robust solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration platforms.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
