Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with software engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-performing mobile features for over 100 million customers.
- Influence multi-quarter engineering roadmaps covering new capabilities, performance optimization, and platform modernization.
- Architect, build, and maintain core mobile components and shared libraries for multiple teams.
- Define standards for cross-platform consistency, scalability, and accessibility across mobile experiences.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in mobile performance, networking, and platform-specific UI frameworks.
- Partner with infrastructure and backend teams to improve mobile CI/CD, observability, reliability engineering, and release practices.
- Define strategies for leveraging agentic AI tools, specialized agents, skills, and open-standard tools across teams.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers in AI-native development workflows.
- Make hands-on, high-leverage technical contributions using advanced native mobile platform capabilities and UI patterns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 6 years of professional software engineering, mobile architectural design, and project execution experience across multiple teams.
- At least 6 years of experience building native Android or iOS applications.
- At least 3 years of experience architecting or leading federated native mobile applications.
- Preferred experience with SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose and automated mobile testing using Swift Testing, XCUI, JUnit, or Espresso.
- Preferred experience with modular architecture, state management, native mobile performance optimization, shared SDKs, and multi-team technical leadership.
- Preferred experience developing client BFFs and data-fetching strategies using gRPC/Protobuf.
- Preferred working knowledge of CoreML or TensorFlow Lite and expertise in release health metrics, staged rollouts, feature flags, and agentic AI coding tools.
