Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-performing native mobile features in partnership with software engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Provide technical leadership for mobile architecture, design patterns, API reviews, and reusable component development.
- Mentor engineers through feedback, code reviews, platform best practices, and technical obstacle removal.
- Design and develop mobile Backend-for-Frontends and Server-Driven UI architectures.
- Define engineering practices for feature flags and staged rollouts.
- Make hands-on technical contributions involving mobile performance, accessibility, architecture, quality, and advanced UI patterns.
- Champion agentic AI tools and AI-native development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least four years of professional software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least three years of experience building native mobile applications for Android with Kotlin or iOS with Swift.
- Experience with modern native UI frameworks such as SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose.
- Experience designing automated mobile testing suites using tools such as Swift Testing, XCUI, JUnit, or Espresso.
- Experience with native mobile performance optimization, scalable architectures, reusable component libraries, modular architecture, and modern state management.
- Experience developing mobile Backend-for-Frontends using technologies such as GraphQL and gRPC/Protobuf.
- Experience with Server-Driven UI, staged rollout and feature flag strategies, and comprehensive automated testing.
- Expertise with agentic AI coding tools and AI-assisted workflows is preferred.
- Familiarity with on-device ML frameworks such as CoreML or TensorFlow Lite is preferred.
