Base Salary
$230k - $262k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with software engineers, designers, product managers, and product leaders to deliver high-performing native mobile features and influence multi-quarter engineering roadmaps.
- Architect, build, and maintain shared mobile components and libraries used by multiple teams.
- Define standards for cross-platform consistency, scalability, accessibility, performance, networking, and platform-specific UI.
- Improve mobile CI/CD, observability, reliability engineering, release practices, staged rollouts, metrics, and feature flag strategies.
- Define strategies for agentic AI tools and mentor senior engineers in AI-native development workflows.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and contribute to the technical vision for a large product area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 6 years of professional software engineering, mobile architectural design, and multi-team project execution experience.
- At least 6 years of experience building native Android or iOS applications; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 3 years of experience architecting or leading the development of federated native mobile applications.
- Preferred qualifications include 7+ years of native mobile experience, modern native UI frameworks, automated mobile testing, modular architecture, performance optimization, multi-team technical leadership, shared SDK development, BFFs, gRPC/Protobuf, on-device ML frameworks, release health metrics, staged rollouts, feature flags, and agentic AI coding tools.
