Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with software engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-performing mobile features for more than 100 million customers.
- Provide technical leadership for mobile architecture, design patterns, API design reviews, and reusable component development.
- Mentor engineers through feedback, code reviews, platform-specific guidance, and removal of technical obstacles.
- Develop subject matter expertise in mobile performance, accessibility, architecture, and advanced native UI patterns.
- Lead the design and development of client Backend-for-Frontends and Server-Driven UI architectures.
- Define engineering practices for feature flags and staged rollouts to improve delivery and quality.
- Champion agentic AI tools and AI-native development practices.
- Make hands-on technical contributions across the modern iOS ecosystem while maintaining high standards for quality, performance, accessibility, testing, and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 3 years of experience building native mobile applications for Android with Kotlin or iOS with Swift.
- Preferred experience includes 4+ years building native Android or iOS applications and expertise with modern native UI frameworks such as SwiftUI or Jetpack Compose.
- Preferred experience includes designing automated mobile testing suites with Swift Testing, XCUI, JUnit, or Espresso.
- Preferred qualifications include native mobile performance optimization, scalable and modular mobile architectures, reusable component libraries, modern state management, and comprehensive automated testing.
- Preferred qualifications include client Backend-for-Frontends using GraphQL and gRPC/Protobuf, Server-Driven UI, metrics-driven staged rollouts, feature flags, agentic AI coding tools, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Familiarity with on-device ML frameworks such as CoreML or TensorFlow Lite is preferred.
