Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Establish development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to technical problems across the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Design and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions involving CMDB, service mapping, event management, and platform integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB.
- Strong knowledge of IT operations management principles, service mapping, and event management.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed software design and implementation decisions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the ServiceNow platform.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
