Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, debug, and optimize scalable custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Develop front-end and back-end components using Java full-stack technologies.
- Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases and troubleshoot application performance issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and help manage the team, and make team-level decisions.
- Provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Java back-end development and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database design and management.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
