Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Enterprise sales team as the technical expert.
- Understand customer challenges and provide product demonstrations.
- Answer product feature and technical questions from various stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver Proof Of Concepts for complex customer use cases.
- Provide feedback to product management for enhancements.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with the Solutions Engineering team.
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events such as conferences and trade shows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience with SaaS products.
- Demonstrated passion for serving customers in a pre-sales capacity.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas effectively.
- Experience with standard network security protocols like OAuth and SAML.
- Hands-on experience in web, mobile, or backend development.
- Understanding of core security concerns in applications.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
