Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the integration readiness tracker for all dependencies.
  • Identify and document REST, flat-file, and API patterns with client IT owners.
  • Define interface specifications for external system connections.
  • Stage source-control integration with the Government-managed CI/CD pipeline.
  • Configure and validate authentication connectors for internal and external users.
  • Implement REST and flat-file connector patterns and stand up the interface test harness.
  • Build read/write integration patterns to the client data platform.
  • Deliver integration adapters for all external source systems.
  • Collaborate on contract-first API design when target APIs do not exist.
  • Execute integration hardening and support performance testing.
  • Capture and package integration evidence for security compliance.
  • Operate deployment tooling and maintain audit logging.
  • Resolve integration blockers and report status to the Project Manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software integration, DevSecOps, or systems engineering experience.
  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and testing REST and SOAP API integrations.
  • Experience configuring SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and client-secret authentication flows.
  • Proficiency in implementing retry logic and structured error capture across integrations.
  • Experience operating Government or enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience in AWS, preferably GovCloud.
  • Experience configuring Unqork native connectors and authentication workflows.
  • Ability to deliver integration increments within two-week Scrum sprints.
