Responsibilities
- Draft the PoC test strategy aligned to client's acceptance criteria.
- Define acceptance-criteria templates and Definition of Done quality gates.
- Plan the automated test framework for Unqork modules.
- Prepare baseline test data sets and UAT environment specifications.
- Align the defect-management workflow in JIRA.
- Build and maintain automated test suites for Unqork modules and APIs.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance test cycles.
- Validate sprint acceptance criteria before each demo.
- Manage the full defect lifecycle in JIRA.
- Partner with developers on performance and security test execution.
- Coordinate Pre-ATO security control assessment evidence capture.
- Lead UAT facilitation and manage defect resolution cadence.
- Execute the release-readiness checklist before production deployment.
- Contribute defect metrics and test-results summaries to monthly reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software QA/testing experience on federal IT projects.
- Hands-on experience writing and executing automated tests against low-code platforms.
- Proficiency in building automated test suites within a CI/CD pipeline.
- Experience executing QA activities within two-week Scrum sprints.
- Proficiency with JIRA for defect lifecycle management.
- Experience designing and executing load and performance tests.
- Demonstrated experience testing applications in a federal cloud environment.
- Ability to plan and facilitate UAT sessions with Government stakeholders.
