Responsibilities
- Analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption.
- Design and configure AI agents, prompts, conversation flows, and business rules.
- Translate business requirements into AI-enabled workflows and user journeys.
- Support implementation of AI solutions across HR and People Operations processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize transformation initiatives.
- Test, validate, and optimize AI-driven solutions and employee experiences.
- Monitor solution adoption, performance, and business outcomes.
- Contribute to reusable assets, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in HR transformation, HR technology, People Operations, Employee Services, or Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to translate HR business challenges into digital solutions.
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, Zendesk, or similar tools.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve workflows, automate tasks, or create AI assistants, agents, or prompt-based solutions.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio experience is preferred; OpenAI experience is optional.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, agentic AI, RAG, LLM-based assistants, and AI governance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Ability to explain technology concepts to business audiences in English.
- Nice-to-have experience with Azure AI Foundry, ServiceNow AI Agents, Salesforce Agentforce, UiPath Agent Builder, or similar AI platforms.
