Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and MCP servers.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems, measuring accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify recurring field patterns and friction points and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with customer engineering teams, promote Google-grade development practices, and support long-term adoption.
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical and executive Mandarin-speaking audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least five years of software development experience using Python or similar programming languages.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
- Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to customer launch.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with multi-agent systems, LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: experience leading technical discovery sessions.
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, and granular tracing.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to Mandarin-speaking non-technical and executive audiences.
