Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, modular solutions across the product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate user feedback into solutions.
- Champion modern software architecture principles like Microservices and Serverless computing.
- Define and execute containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Maintain a secure and compliant infrastructure aligned with industry standards.
- Serve as an escalation point for L1 operations and provide training.
- Lead product and infrastructure enhancements identified through postmortems.
- Participate in scheduled weekend support rotations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar roles.
- Hands-on coding experience with Go, Python, and/or Shell scripting.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery ecosystems.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
