Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation of team projects and deliver Sitecore XM Cloud components and solutions.
- Design, develop, maintain, and ship high-quality C# and .NET Core software.
- Ensure application availability, performance, security, and reliable deployments.
- Build, monitor, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Clarify user stories, acceptance criteria, and task breakdowns.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
- Support the Development Manager in executing team performance strategy.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, QA, DevOps, development management, and other stakeholders across Europe and Kuala Lumpur.
- Work within Agile/Scrum development cycles.
Requirements
- Strong experience with C# and modern .NET frameworks, including .NET Core and .NET 8.
- Experience deploying Sitecore systems with Docker, AKS, and Kubernetes Helm Charts.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud solutions and containerized deployments.
- Experience using Git and branching strategies.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, especially Azure Cosmos DB.
- Experience with messaging systems, especially Confluent Kafka.
- Experience optimizing software performance with profiling tools.
- Strong knowledge of authorization, especially OAuth 2.0.
- Strong experience setting up CI/CD, especially GitHub workflows.
- Implementation experience with WebAPI, microservices, multithreading, dependency injection, data structures, LINQ, and unit and integration testing.
- Experience with Terraform Cloud.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for performance analysis, tracing, and debugging.
- Preferred experience with GraphQL, event-driven architecture, and Postman.
- Experience in a SaaS-based company or project is preferred.
