Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship generative AI, conversational AI, and agentic workflow automation solutions.
- Build and operate scalable chatbots, assistants, agents, and related applications.
- Develop new capabilities and skills for AI agents.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems through APIs, cloud services, and modern architectures.
- Identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into working end-to-end solutions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and iteratively improve deployed solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and international teams to deliver production-ready capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or Python skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI, including prompting, model APIs, and shipping features built on them.
- Hands-on experience building and operating conversational AI such as chatbots, assistants, or voicebots.
- Experience building AI-driven, conversational, or workflow-based automation solutions.
- Experience with APIs and integrating solutions into existing systems.
- Comfort working with a major cloud platform such as GCP or a similar provider.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Exposure to automation tooling, workflow orchestration, DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Interest in learning about new AI developments and exploring new approaches.
