ByteDanceResponsibilities
- Improve services throughout their lifecycle, from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement.
- Support pre-launch activities including capacity planning and launch reviews.
- Monitor availability, latency, and overall system health while maintaining production services.
- Scale systems through automation and drive changes that improve reliability and development velocity.
- Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions using computer science, engineering, and mathematical principles.
- Update software capabilities and develop or direct software testing and validation procedures.
- Integrate hardware and software systems with computer hardware engineers and develop specifications and performance requirements.
Requirements
- Be completing or have recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Have experience in one or more programming languages such as Go, Java, C++, or Python.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- State availability and graduation date clearly in the resume and commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year.
