Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-integrated software solutions for complex real-world problems.
- Build front-end interfaces, scalable back-end systems, data pipelines, and production applications using web frameworks, microservices, and cloud computing.
- Work directly with customer stakeholders, engineers, and subject-matter experts to define product specifications and develop solutions from zero.
- Integrate industrial sensor networks and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Monitor, maintain, and tune deployed applications used by governments and other institutions worldwide.
- Participate in code reviews, share engineering knowledge, mentor junior engineers, and model high-quality engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience, including an appetite for working directly with customers to define software specifications and build products from zero.
- Experience with front-end and back-end technologies, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and database management systems.
- Strong foundation in software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach.
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with competing priorities or deadlines.
- Willingness to own problems end-to-end and acquire necessary knowledge.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
