Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design for CRM and loyalty solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Translate client business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing solution architectures.
- Define integration patterns between Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and surrounding systems.
- Lead or support Dynamics 365 migration and transformation programs.
- Act as a subject matter expert in client engagements, delivery projects, workshops, and pre-sales activities.
- Provide technical leadership, governance, risk mitigation, and architectural standards across the delivery lifecycle.
- Support solution design for RFPs, proposals, and client pitches.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
- Stay current with Microsoft ecosystem innovations and industry trends.
Requirements
- Architect-level expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, and Dataverse.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, or Azure Functions.
- Hands-on experience with migration tools and ETLs such as Azure Data Factory and KingswaySoft.
- Strong knowledge of CRM architecture principles, including data models, security, and scalability.
- Proven experience with APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and other integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 migrations and transformation programs.
- Experience in client-facing consulting, workshops, stakeholder management, and advisory work.
- Experience conducting discovery workshops with customers across different industries.
- Ability to contribute to pre-sales and business development activities.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end CRM and customer engagement ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred.
- Experience with multi-system landscapes, enterprise architecture, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure certifications is preferred.
