Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain production-ready agent-based AI solutions.
- Build and maintain Model Context Protocol interfaces for interoperability between simulation or AI components.
- Use CrewAI or other LLM orchestration frameworks to implement AI workflows.
- Develop Python solutions involving asynchronous programming and API integration.
- Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Implement Git MCP servers and translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Support Azure and AWS development and deployment.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML or automation engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with CrewAI or LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Proficiency in Python, including asynchronous programming and API integration.
- Deep understanding of LLMs including OpenAI, Anthropic, or Mistral models, and prompt engineering.
- Experience designing MCP interfaces and implementing Git MCP servers.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Chroma, embeddings, and RAG concepts.
- Experience building and deploying production-ready agent-based solutions.
- Knowledge of React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Node.js, databases, Azure, AWS, and DynamoDB is preferred.
