Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for MES applications, particularly POMSNet.
- Deliver new and updated MES functionality and integrations for production use.
- Design, author, configure, test, and validate recipes and Electronic Batch Records.
- Work with integrations across SAP, databases, PLCs, and other control systems.
- Coordinate and execute MES-related process and equipment projects.
- Facilitate workshops with business, quality, compliance, and product subject matter experts.
- Prepare technical documentation, work instructions, and procedures in line with compliance requirements.
- Support validation of new processes and ensure adherence to corporate and divisional policies.
Requirements
- Level 8 degree qualification in engineering, computer science, science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in life sciences manufacturing.
- Strong experience with MES, preferably POMSNet.
- Good understanding of workflows and S95 and S88 standards.
- Experience integrating the control layer with MES.
- Experience with Electronic Batch Records, recipe design, validation activities, and technical documentation in regulated environments.
- Strong C# coding skills and solid SQL database knowledge.
- Knowledge of PTL, XML, and Power Automate is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
