Responsibilities
- Serve as an AI expert and evangelist for Lorikeet’s customer base.
- Lead AI implementation projects from kickoff to successful deployment.
- Understand client workflows and configure Lorikeet’s AI tools to meet their specific needs.
- Recommend innovative AI solutions to achieve customer business goals.
- Collaborate with the product team to inform product strategy based on customer needs.
- Guide customers through technical implementation while building strong relationships.
- Solve complex integration challenges creatively and efficiently.
Requirements
- Have 4+ years of client-facing experience in technical implementation or management consulting.
- Possess a technical background or mindset, such as a CS or engineering major.
- Demonstrate strong project leadership skills and the ability to lead complex technical solutions.
- Have experience building and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Possess a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for creative problem-solving.
- Be knowledgeable about AI and have hands-on experience tinkering with it.
